TradeREA is a regulated platform for trading tokenized real estate securities. Our Services include:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

3. User Accounts and Registration

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

6. Payment Terms and Fees

We may charge fees for certain transactions and services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

6.2 Payment Methods

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEREA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeREA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your infringement of any rights of another party

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@traderea.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days of receiving your notice.

9.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, rather than in court.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in your account settings, subject to completing any pending transactions and complying with applicable laws.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to comply with legal or regulatory requirements
• Pose a risk to our Services or other users

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. We may retain your information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
